STRENGTH TRAINING FOR WOMEN : DEADLIFTS

Lift heavy, safely, and pain-free to maximize your sessions. Deadlifts is one of the essential lifts women in perimenopause should master. We will break down the movement and go through a warm-up routine that effectively prime your body for deadlifting.

This is a free workshop for Drury Strength & Fitness members. You can bring a non-member friend for free. Limited spots.

INJURY-SPECIFIC SERIES : SHOULDER HEALTH

An interactive workshop to break down the strength, stability, and mobility exercises you need for long-term shoulder health. Designed for busy people who can only train 2 - 3 times per week. 

What We Will Cover:

  • A simple look at shoulder mechanics so you can understand your specific pain triggers

  • Mobility Drills: Ways to improve range of motion without adding another mobility session

  • Stability Protocols: Ways to strengthen the rotator cuff and shoulder blades, making the joint feel secure under load

  • Strength & Lifting Tweaks: How to modify your favorite upper-body lifts so you can keep training hard without aggravating the injury

 

Fee: $25

(Includes a take-home Rebuild Your Shoulder training plan and a $25 credit toward a future 1-on-1 assessment)

  • Strength & Lifting Tweaks: Deep dive into strengthening exercises that improve your lower back health without aggravating the injury
